Graphic Design Assistant I/II in the Communications and Institutional Research Office (Appointment for 3 months) [Ref. T/039/24]
Duties
The appointee will provide support to the Communications Manager in maintaining the CIRO NewsCentre; updating web stories and layouts of corporate communications materials; retouching photos for printing and online publishing through Content Management System (CMS); maintaining the smooth operation of online communication platforms; and providing clerical and logistics support to the Office.
Requirements
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience in sizeable companies. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); computer literacy in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, English and Chinese word-processing; basic knowledge of video format conversion; good interpersonal skills and teamwork; and ability to work independently and under pressure against tight schedules are required. Preference will be given to candidates with professional training in design or related disciplines.
Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience may be considered for appointment as Graphic Design Assistant I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
