Our client is a licensed developer of various global brands and they are looking for an experienced Brand Manager in Hong Kong to oversee their fashion and lifestyle products in developing and executing marketing activities to grow brand awareness, market share and product sales and profitability across Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement brand strategies, ensure all marketing activities, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity are aligned with the overall brand vision and guidelines
• Manage and provide support to the cross-functional team for each product line
• Communicate weekly with the licensor on brand performance, market trends and strategic initiatives
• Research and analyse consumer behaviors, market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
• Establish and manage budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with different teams such as marketing, creative, and sales to develop appealing products that resonate the target market.
• Measure and report on campaign performance to make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in brand management
• Strong research, analytical and budget management skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
