Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Asset Management Data Analyst and Coordinator to oversee and manage our company's hardware asset data and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate asset-related and stock take activities. Familiarity with asset management software and data analysis tools will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Review:
• Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of asset data from spreadsheets.
• Review asset information and room data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high data integrity.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to address and resolve bad data.
• Room Audits Coordination:
• Collaborate with relevant departments to schedule and conduct comprehensive room audits.
• Ensure accurate asset records are maintained during room audits, providing oversight throughout the process.
• Coordinate and implement actions based on audit findings to improve asset management practices.
• Asset Reporting:
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of hardware assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect current holdings.
• Monitor asset and stock room status, providing insights for effective inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset progress, improvements, and overall performance to management.
• Asset Disposal Management:
• Coordinate decommissioning and disposal events, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Track asset lifecycles and recommend actions for effective management and disposal.
• Utilize asset management software for efficient tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation for specialist disposal approvals, including assets requiring secure destruction.
• Report assets not listed on the manifest using firm-approved processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Technology Bachelor's degree.

- Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and data manipulation.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
