UI-UX Designer (New Media Business)

Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with users, product/project managers and engineers

Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy across multiple products among the group

Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Design graphic user interface elements such as navigation menus, tabs and widgets

Measure and review UI design by examining metrics such as CTR, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages to ensure the creation and delivered design meet the goals and objectives

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbacks

Adhere and maintain style standards on typography, colors and graphic design.

Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and APP

Experience with UI/UX tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch

Working knowledge of the following frontend programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS

Experience and knowledge on UI/UX testing tools and data tracking tools for UI/UX validation

Knowledge of iOS, Android and design systems is a plus

A team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good time-management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
