Crypto is seeking a talented Product Manager to drive the development and execution of blockchain-based products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering innovative solutions that meet market needs.
Responsibilities
• Product Vision: Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products and services.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Break down complex problems into actionable tasks, manage the product backlog, and drive sprint planning and execution.
• Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies. Develop product messaging, documentation, and training materials to support sales and customer success teams.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices in blockchain. Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the blockchain space is a plus.
