About The Role
Job Description - HK Graduate Recruitment Intern (1-month contract)
Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role requires the candidate to support the Graduate Recruitment team in Hong Kong with marketing campaigns, copywriting, organising virtual events and other recruitment activities. The Recruitment Intern will interact with candidates, guide them through both physical and virtual assessment centres, and ensure tests and interviews run smoothly and on time.
Furthermore, the candidate will need to provide efficient administrative support to the Sales Team and Graduate Recruitment Team for which you are expected to be organised, task oriented and be able to multi-task. This role will be responsible for assisting with growing the FDM brand in Hong Kong and attracting high-calibre graduates to join the FDM Graduate Programme.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gain a thorough understanding of the FDM business model.
• Facilitate smooth operation of assessment centres.
• Support the Sales Team on marketing tasks and needs.
• Organise and attend various recruitment events for staff, clients, universities and potential employees.
• Provide efficient administrative support to the Sales Team and Graduate Recruitment Team by ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that specific tasks are given priority in line with specific team / business requirements.
• Establish, build and grow relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and the provision of a highly professional service.
• Complete any other work as required by the management team.
Essential Criteria:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and outgoing approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Team player
• Fully IT literate
• Confident
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Extensive administration abilities
• Currently studying at degree level
Desirable Criteria (Not essential):
• Good understanding of the IT industry and graduate market
• Experience in marketing and event management
• Demonstrate a good command of social media platforms such as LinkedIn
