CEMENTAID was established in Perth, Australia in 1946 and is a multinational manufacturer specializing in supplying high quality of waterproof & admixture materials products mainly for Building & Construction Industries. Our technical service centres and production plants spread throughout Australia and have expanded into Asia and Europe, with all of our core customers being the well-known Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers.
To cope with the business expansion in HK and Macau, we are currently looking for a Senior / Technical Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Highlights:
• Basic Salary (starting salary depends on experience) + 13th Month & Yearend Performance Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives
• 5 days work, medical insurance and travel allowance
• On job training will be provided
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to National Sales Manager / Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up;
• Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients;
• Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets;
• Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services;
• Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company;
• Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after sales follow up;
• Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records;
• Conducting service/product review to collect the customer satisfaction and feedback;
• Supporting an effective implementation and enhancement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO operations; and
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary
Qualification & Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experiences in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management specialized in Civil/Construction industry is preferable;
• Fluent spoken & written skills in English & Cantonese;
• Good team player with strong initiative & able to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated, willingness to learn & hard-working;
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Candidate with more relevant experience in Civil/Construction Project or equivalent would be considered as Senior Technical Sales Executive.
• Candidate with relevant background and strong network in the industry would be considered as Key Account Manager.
• Fresh candidates with interest in Sales & Marketing will be considered, on-the-job training will be provided.
We offer an attractive remuneration package including 5-day work week, 12 days of annual leave, 13th month and discretionary yearend bonus, quarterly performance bonus, travel expense reimbursement ($3,000 per month), medical plan (including annual bodycheck and dental benefit) and covered dependents, training allowance, etc., to the right candidate.
