Job Description
This Program is designed to nurture high-caliber individuals for becoming our Professional Financial Services Specialists in the future.
We are looking for those who possess the following qualities:
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience will be considered;
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
• Mature, strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates are welcome
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage
During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, trainees will be responsible for acquiring new customers and solicit new business opportunities in the branch. Trainees are required to identify customer needs and to provide full range of retail banking products and services to them, for example, account opening, credit card, insurance.
