Business Analyst (Transformation and Technology)

We Are Now Looking For

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Technology, this role is to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend IT solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility
• Review and monitor the performance of IT infrastructure capability and set up of IT related tools and systems including computer hardware, systems and applications software, for delivering of digital platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents
• Work with stakeholders, project manager and vendors to ensure SOLUTIONS align with business objectives
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines

Job Requirements
• University graduate in information technology or related discipline, post graduate education preferred
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects as an advantage
• Hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, robotics process automation, AWS products, cloud computing, open-source, etc as an advantage
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical mind and broad across disciplines knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and a good team player
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with Putonghua as an advantage
