Job Title: Sales Executive (IT Solutions)
Responsibilities
• Assist in building new client relationships while supporting the management of existing accounts.
• Work with internal teams to help identify business opportunities and drive sales.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Help maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to solve client issues and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge solutions such as workplace technologies, smart office systems, audio-visual solutions, cloud services, and workplace management systems like hot desking, room booking, space occupancy management, and video conferencing technologies.
Requirements
• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Around 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions or related fields.
• Eager to learn and work with modern solutions, including smart offices, AV systems, cloud services, and workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with sectors such as Government, Education, or Commercial is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
• A strong interest in meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
