About the Role:
Join an exciting startup company dedicated to setting up an office in Hong Kong and working closely with the chairman in end-to-end mobile game publishing and operation. As a Gaming Project Manager/Game Producer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in establishing the Hong Kong office, coordinate and monitor the progress of cross-team projects, and gain exposure to the thriving mobile game industry.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in establishing the Hong Kong office, including tasks such as recruitment, office setup, and business partnerships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as game development, marketing, community management, and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution and achieve project goals
• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and meeting quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential risks or issues, and implement measures for project success
• Collaborate with external partners, such as game developers, publishers, and service providers, to support game publishing and operation efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Game Development)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of mobile game publishing processes, market trends, and player preferences
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
