We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Engineer with experience in data migration projects to become a vital part of a leading IT solutions company. In this role, you will spearhead the ETL processes, as well as the development and execution of comprehensive data migration plans, ensuring seamless transitions and the integrity of our data assets.

Main Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Execute thorough data mapping and transformation to maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
• Conduct rigorous data validation and reconciliation to guarantee successful migrations.
• Identify and resolve data migration issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all activities adhere to data governance and security policies.
• Engage in programming, testing, and application deployment to support data initiatives.
• Document all data migration processes and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

Requirements
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years on IT implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in ensuring software packages meet specified requirements/coding according to program specifications/conducting program testing and suite trials/preparing job control procedures for both trial and production environments.
• Experience with Java, OpenJDK, Spring Framework, and GIT.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with various database systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
