General Purpose

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop brand design and expand corporate visual identity.
• Create framas brand related media for internal and external communication.
• Create and design various presentations, infographics and visualize marketing concepts and campaigns.
• Design internal templates in all sorts of media.
• Support our website, and digital marketing.
• Design flyers, pamphlets, banners, exhibition booths and merchandise.
• Support other marketing activities related to design concepts, graphics, visuals and printing.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with colleagues or clients about layout and design.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Use tools such as Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, After Effects, Premiere Pro or 3D CAD software like 3D Rhino to create valuable design assets.

Job Requirement
• University degree in graphic design or related field
• At least 1 year experience as graphic designer or in related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• A sense for basic design in all MS Software such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience or interest in photo, video editing and motion design or having skills in Rhino, 3D Animation, Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro will be a plus.
• A strong eye for typography, visual composition and focus on quality.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines & cope with several projects at a time.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, exhibition and multimedia design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good language proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must
