Lead System Analyst - Financial Services (C#)

Their mission is to simplify the financial journey through cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service for both corporate and retail clients. Currently seeking a System Analyst to join the team and play a crucial role in developing the next-generation pension system.

Job Responsibilities:
• Enhance existing applications using Microsoft .NET and other technologies like Java, or develop new applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Gather user requirements by understanding business objectives, challenges, and operational inefficiencies, and propose solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Lead the design, development, and unit testing of software components based on functional requirements.
• Ensure developed software is high-performing, secure, scalable, and integrates well with both internal and external systems and databases.
• Contribute to the development of application and technical architecture.
• Act as a security control advisor, asset owner, and custodian within the information security framework.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of application development experience, with over 5 years in system design.
• Proficient in relational databases (MS SQL), application framework development, project management, web programming, C#, .Net Core technologies, and multi-tiered system design.
• Familiarity with financial services or related applications.
• Experience in project management and communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
