Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant/Clerk/Administrator to handle daily office management and administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and scheduling.
• Handle phone calls and emails, providing customer service support.
• Coordinate meetings and events, preparing relevant materials.
• Maintain a tidy office environment and ensure efficient use of equipment and resources.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or above; relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
