VIE Treasury Project Manager Asia Pacific

The position supports the LVMH APAC Treasury Team and LVMH Project Team on treasury projects and systems for finance team across all LVMH Divisions within the APAC region. The LVMH APAC Regional Treasury Team based in HK oversees and aligned with Treasury HQ’s direction on topics: i) liquidity and cash management (ii) financing planning and coordination (iii) foreign currency management and initiatives (iv) regional bank relationship management (v) deployment of special treasury projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage projects related to the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the FIS - TRAX bank communication platform for APAC LVMH entities.
• Establish effective project presentation plans upon introduction and implementation.
• Collaborate and regular liaison with Project Team members/Group entities/ Banking and ensure all involved parties (external/internal) are on track with the scheduled project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• The position needs to report immediately to the APAC Treasury Solutions Manager on issues identified supported by a Status Report. Issues identified should be precisely explained with impact evaluated and escalated to LVMH Project Team for recommended solutions.
• Development of user manuals and training materials
• Define and identify areas of improvement and development and be aware of emerging solution needs and enhancement opportunities.
• Support as one of the key contact points for TRAX related queries and maintenance matters from LVMH APAC entities.

Key Requirements & Competencies
• Engineering, Business school or University graduate
• First experience in Accounting, Finance or Business-related discipline
• Exposure in banking industry/ multinational organization or have been in similar treasury roles and well versed on bank terminologies and products will be advantageous.
• Prior experience should demonstrate a good level of understanding in accounting concepts, systems and payment processes and a strong sense of risk awareness to fulfill the role of handling the complicated treasury arrangements in place.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the role often act as a coordinator and requires frequent liaison with all LVMH entities in the Region and HQ on complicated issues or arrangements. Proactive in meeting business needs and supportive as a team player.
