Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and be eager to learn and grow in this field. You will be responsible for assisting with SEM campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Create and optimize ad copy in both Traditional Chinese and English to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of SEM strategies with broader marketing goals.
Communicate with clients and colleagues via WhatsApp and phone calls in Cantonese, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any inquiries.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEM, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Experience with both junior and senior levels of SEM knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in writing Traditional Chinese and English.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SEM tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO concepts and strategies.
