Location: Iconic International-Grade Facility in Kowloon Area
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the service delivery, including but not limit to repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC, ventilation and other building systems and ensure it fit the agreed scope and it is up to the agreed standard.
• Responsible for the overall management of the facilities management contract.
• Ensure all the terms and conditions of the contract are fulfilled.
• Oversee the service delivery and ensure it aligns with the agreed scope and standard.
• Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the contract period and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to the contract and report to partner.
• Handle quotation and work arrangement.
• Address delivery/performance issues by liaising with the key contacts across the business.
• Meet regularly with alliance contractors to monitor performance against contracted and reactive maintenance work requirements.
• Provide support and mentoring to technical supervisors and the technical workforce including sub-contractors working within the contract.
• Regularly review procedures and processes with management and implement initiatives to monitor performance and apply improvements where necessary.
• Share industry knowledge and intelligence to help the company and client respond to change and shape the future.
• Effectively deliver projects developed by the Engineering/Innovation team that achieve continuous improvements in maintenance and energy reduction.
• Conduct regular meetings with technical supervisors to review strategies to address issues across all areas of the contract and report on outcomes.
• Oversee all out of scope & A&I requests and work with internal engineering team to find solutions.
• Build a cohesive team that fulfils the goals.
• Regularly review financial, KPI and performance reports with the team to ensure they are engaged, and targets are met.
• Implement strategies to ensure the operations team comply with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes.
• Liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities, technicians and People & Safety to ensure that the field workforce is compliant with licensing requirements, and that legislative/regulatory requirements are met.
• Ensure that the work undertaken meets compliance regulations and that works are audited on a regular basis.
• Provide compliance training for the team and raise their awareness of compliance requirements.
Academic Requirements:
• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university, with at least 8 years of supervisory experience in engineering services contract management , or
• Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, with at least 5 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in engineering services contract management, or
• Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, with at least 3 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in engineering services contract management.
Other Requirements:
• Strong in managing contracts and with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Electrical or MVAC is preferred.
• Maintain 24/7 availability on a rotational roster to provide support and attend to critical situations as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential.
