Symfony Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Symfony Backend Developer to join our team at Metricalo. This specialist will focus on payment gateway integrations, working closely with a software architect with extensive experience in payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically with Symfony, and previous experience with payment gateway integrations. They will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving our Symfony-based projects, as well as developing and maintaining comprehensive test coverage.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and maintain our Symfony-based projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test coverage for the system.
• Plan and execute the migration of the system to newer versions of Symfony.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
