Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with all Product Design Managers as needed to identify gaps in our design library, establish a scalable design library that is available for designers to use across products. Work with frontend developers to create a Design System. Govern requests for design assets usage and design tools Be the Admin/POC for Design library. Answer designers questions and concerns. Collaborate with Product Designers, Lead Designers, Researchers. Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management. Benchmark design best practices to elevate Product Design Team. Managed centralised UX Software (Figma, Miro), and other tools that Product Design Team uses. Set up onboarding process for Product Designers ; UX Researchers Mentor junior Product Designers
Job Requirement
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products/services 3+ years of knowledge in setting up / managing Design Library and tools Strong organisational, problem identification and decision making skills Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills Hands on experience working with in-house product design teams An understanding of design quality and product strategy An understanding of the design and product lifecycle / development process. Fluency in Figma, Sketch and other design prototyping tools Open minded, eager to learn Nice to have: prior experience working on ADA, American Disability Act, for product design executions. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered. Interest/some knowledge in cryptocurrency, fintech Experience working in Exchanges, Crypto, DeFi or other financial startups
