System Analyst - Enterprise Services

Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze the user and system requirements, and conducting detail design and architecture
• Cooperate and support of onshore and offshore vendors, developers and users to design and develop technical solution
• Evaluate system specifications & technical procedures and documentation for business requirements
• Evaluate, identify potential challenges and develop contingency plan to minimize business risks.
• Working on solution for Robotics Process Automation that is fit for business purpose.
• Liaise, monitor and manage the vendor service Job & Requirements
• Provides technical support to ensure smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site Support) within in the bank.
• Ensure to complete development and BAU work in the field of RPA.
• Ensure effective communication in place between users and IT team members within project and also cross projects.

3) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
• Hands-on experience in any Object Oriented programming languages e.g. Java, C++ or C#
• Hands-on experience in UiPath is required.
• Experience of RPA CoE is an advantage.
• Exposure to multiple computer platforms
• Familiar with Window Server, IIS.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle and design methodology.
• Knowledge / Experience in SSO, Cloud-basic, Low code platform development will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
• Solid experience and knowledge on various banking applications and architecture design

OR
• Solid regulatory and compliance experience combined with project management capabilities
• Project experience under Robotics is an advantage.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience
• Passion for technology.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Putonghua).

4) Academic and Professional Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other relevant scientific or business field.

5) Working Experiences
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in application software development with at least 4 years in system analysis/design related to supporting and maintaining various systems in bank.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of hands-on IT relevant experience.
