WHO CAN APPLY
This program is open to all who have a university bachelor degree and who have professional work experience of three to five years. While your major at the university or work experience is not the focus, we do expect a level of understanding into our industry and services. Candidates must be fluent in English and fluency in other languages is an asset.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As an international sales correspondent, you are an essential part of the group. You will have the opportunity to engage with high level influencers from leading global industries as well as public figures. This is an international sales position that offers programs to live and work in Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
BACKGROUND
Our international sales correspondents come from a variety of industries with prior backgrounds in sales, business development, and marketing. We look for people that are goal oriented and self-driven, that can demonstrate a track record of success as a team player, while living the core values of our company.
PREPARATION
Our recruitment process provides candidates a better understanding of who we are while gaining insights into our company’s culture and values. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better on why you want to work for Discovery Reports Group and the experiences you bring to the table.
INTERVIEWS
Your first interview will be with one of our human resource managers to gain an understanding of your work experiences. The second-round interview will be with one of our other managers to see how well you perform in negotiations and pitches while continuing to assess your compatibility within our group. The third-round interview will be with one of the partners and or directors to in order to achieve more insights into your abilities and achievements.
TRAINING
We have created a detailed 15-week training program and is an integral part your success in the company. On the job training will lay the foundation for the skills that are vital to interviewing and consulting. The business climate is constantly changing, and why it is important that our people are constantly growing and evolving.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
International sales correspondents are formally evaluated during and at the end of each project. Both you, the sales managers, your peers, and the directors in the company participate in the reviews to help you achieve your goals.
DEVELOPMENT
Your growth in the company is one of the keys to our success. Being proactive in your learning and training will put you ahead of the curve. Great achievements as an international sales correspondent is fundamental to attaining leadership roles in our group. And as our company grows even further to different business segments, we will first look internally for our leaders.
GOALS
The goals of an international sales correspondent are to be able to demonstrate consultative sales methodology through meetings with business leaders while developing an expertise in 15 key industries. Generating one and half million in revenue per year while having a minimum of 40 percent closing sales ratio are the focus of each sales correspondent.
BENEFITS

Compensations are for those who are performance driven which includes a base salary, commissions, incentives, bonuses, and health insurance. Business travel expenses such as apartments, flights, and a four-week company holiday are paid for by the company.
