How you will contribute
COMMERCIAL
• Collaborate with retail partners and sales teams to drive sales by presenting actionable insights derived from sales data and retail trends.
• Contribute to successful product launches by collaborating with the marketing team on retail strategies, in-store displays, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor retail trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product placement.
MARKETING
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Create consumer-centric marketing materials that align with consumer needs and with brand identity.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities for our brands.
DIGITAL
• Work cross-functionally to craft CRM campaigns that resonate with consumers and align with brand objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with external vendors to execute CRM campaigns (eg. automated customer lifecycle communications) across multiple channels, to improve customer journeys and enhance customer retention rate.
• Building dashboards and reports using CRM analytics tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities.
Your profile
• University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong without working VISA sponsorship
• Able to take semester deferral for this full-time internship (6/12 months)
• Proficient in English
• Self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communicator and team player, with autonomy to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
