The incumbent will be accountable for coordinating, supporting and executing effective digital marketing and social media content activities to achieve the Group’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (IG, FB, Xiao Hong Shu etc.)
Manage customer feedbacks and inquires at all digital and social media platforms
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Assist in eDM development including eDM layout design, copy writing
Able to shoot photo, short videos and also handling visual materials from PR & Marketing team
Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
Work closely with the Operation Teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of messages across all digital channels
Data collection such as expanding customer and media database
Assist in setting up Google, TripAdvisor, OpenRice and their updates, google analytics for all outlets
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Requirements:
University degree holder in Marketing, Communications preferred
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
A minimum of 2-3 years’ solid experience in digital marketing or content marketing in a digital marketing/ creative agency or sizable organization, preferably experience in the hospitality/F&B industry
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software
Experience in copywriting for social media as well as executing paid social campaigns
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
