The Holiday Inn Golden Mile is located in the heart of Kowloon's business and shopping districts. Our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional E&M Technician to join our team.

金域假日酒店位於九龍尖沙咀彌敦道的黃金地段。我們現正誠聘機電技術員。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling all reservation inquiries, bookings and answering customer inquiries via online platforms and incoming call
• Follow up on the reservation to ensure the booking is correct
• Preparing daily reservation reports for management review
• Working with superiors on manpower planning and management needs
• Conducting shift briefings if necessary
• All relevant hotel policies and procedures/training documentations have to be followed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma holder or above in Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With more experience will consider as Senior Reservations Sales Agent
• Willing to work on shift
