DevOps Manager

Your Role
• Lead and manage the DevOps team
• Manage the day-to-day performance and shift arrangement of the team.
• Oversee the implementation, deployment, integration of solutions and manage technical operations.
• Design, build and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimise service delivery
• Manage production and development servers operation including developing scripts to automate DevOps functions, monitoring solutions, deployment, performance monitoring and code modifications validation, etc.

We Look For
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years of experience in product development and DevOps
• Min. 5 years of experience in AWS operations and deployment
• Familiar with deployment, configuration management and DevOps tools like Jenkins, K8S ConfigMap, GIT, JIRA, etc.
• Excellent programming and scripting skill, such as Shell Script (is a must), Python/Node.js/Go, etc.
• Possesses high level understanding in the areas of API, databases, and system design
• Demonstrated ability in people management, risk management, and project management, etc.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on standby shift if necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, DevOps
