About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at KYC Consulting.
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or other data analysis software to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to gather data requirements, align on objectives, and develop effective retail media strategies.
• Participate in post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of retail media initiatives and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
