In-Region Supply Chain Technology team enables lululemon's supply chain from finished good production to distribution and logistics through innovative technology solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision that includes optimized sourcing, manufacturing and fulfillment processes, cultivating a responsible supply chain while ensuring a superior product and service quality. • Analyze and translate business requirements to technical requirements, specifications and artifacts related to retail and distribution operations
• Configure applications and interfaces to meet requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external 3PL partners to ensure seamless system integration and data flow
• First point of contact for all incident and problem tickets, completing the initial assessments, provide resolution and assigning tickets to the appropriate SME's for investigation
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in retail or distribution domains
• Familiar with 3PL operations and WMS
• Hands-on experience with Splunk such as retrieving the logs and troubleshoot problems.
• Good understanding of Event driven framework (Kafka) and hands-on experience on postman and swaggers.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies like file-based, EDI, Kafka and API
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
