IT Operations Manager - Up to 58K * 12 + Bonus

Our client is one of the largest organizations in Hong Kong. Due to business needs, an IT Operations Manager is needed to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT Operations, including technical support, system administration, helpdesk service and IT procurement process;
• Direct provide technical support and problem solving to VIP users;
• Lead, mentor, and develop the small-scale IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
• Manage budget and expenditure of IT Operations team, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service levels;
• Ensure the security of IT usage, follow the guidelines of IT security governance;
• Manage IT operations incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations;
• Collaborate with internal IT team, external vendors, and service providers to manage the assigned IT projects.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field;
• 10 years of experience in IT operations / services delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
• Strong knowledge of IT end user computing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles;
• Experience with project management methodologies and ITIL service management methodologies;
• Experience with budget and expenditure management will be advantage;
• Prior working experience in sizable public organizations or quasi-government organizations is a plus;
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
