Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, minutes and all written communications
• Organize and attend meetings and corporate events (travelling may be required)
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Degree Holder
• Good coordination, planning and organizing skills
• At least 3 years' experience with multi-national companies / consulting firms
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese &Mandarin)
• Good team player, self-motivated and result-oriented
