About The Role

As a Senior Director of Sales at Inspectorio, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth within the APAC region. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities to expand our market presence. By demonstrating a high level of expertise and credibility to close high-value, strategic sales opportunities. As a strategic thinker and effective tactical leader, you will execute plans with consistent success, leveraging your deep understanding of both technology and supply chain management. This is a player-coach role.

What You'll Do

Develop and Execute Sales Plans:
• Create and execute both short and long-term, metrics-driven sales plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the APAC region.
• Partner with Sales leaders in other regions to establish strategies, goals, quotas, tracking mechanisms, and analytics to build a highly metrics-driven and predictable revenue growth process.

Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients within the industry.
• Understand clients' business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Inspectorio.

Technology Solution Expertise
• Become a go-to expert of the products and platform offering of Inspectorio.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Inspectorio’s solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Cultivate a Collaborative Sales Culture
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture as the sales team scales.

Data-Driven Approach
• Share relevant data and metrics across the revenue organization for the APAC region to set clear and approachable goals for teams, ensuring effective and efficient performance.

Scalable Closing Process
• Establish a scalable and predictable closing process with a high level of operational rigor.

Lead High-Performing Sales Team
• Experience in coaching inside sales teams and supporting them through sales cycles.
• Developing team members to grow and advance their careers within Inspectorio.
• Partner with Sales leaders in other regions to implement strategies for training, development, and talent retention within the sales team.

Qualifications
• 4+ Years of Sales leadership experience ideally selling technology within the fashion / apparel industry responding to supply chain needs with a proven track record of scaling revenue in an early-stage, high-growth company.
• Ability to evangelize a technical product, ideally to a technical buyer (i.e., into the CIO world).
• Track record of systematizing the sales approach and playbook in an early-stage environment; developing a scalable approach to selling that is repeatable, informed by data, and consistently yields strong revenue growth.
• Proven ability to create and execute successful GTM strategies, including the creation and implementation of relevant and accurate KPIs.
• Experience using CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) for accurate forecasting
• A hands-on manager who is actively involved in sales cycles but can also manage reporting, processes and people.
• Success as a leader. A history of attracting and successfully managing a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with Marketing and Product teams.
• Strong work ethic with high energy and can drive fast growth and keep up enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
