Senior Auditor/Fund Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor specialising in Fund Operations to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of investment funds and providing operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end audit processes for various fund structures

• Review and evaluate fund accounting processes, NAV calculations, and financial statements

• Assess internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement

• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs

• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

• 2-3 years of audit experience, with prior experience working in investment funds

• Strong knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and financial instruments

• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and SFC regulations

• Knowledge of IFRS and local reporting standards

• Experience with automated audit tools and data analytics

• Strong project management and team leadership abilities

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
