• Responsible for developing and implementing sales distribution plans for key accounts;
• Establish, grow and retain quality customer relationships and portfolios of clients;
• Led and motivated the team to achieve preset sales objectives;
• Perform direct sales and account management functions;
• Interface with clients to understand their business needs and explore service opportunities;
• Liaise with different internal divisions and associate our solutions and services with clients’ requirements;
• Prepare and update quotations for clients;
• Develop and nurture a long-term business relationship with clients and ensure consistent satisfaction;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• University graduate in Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Business Development or Key Account Sales;
• Experience in a law firm, corporate finance, or due diligence field would be an advantage;
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving skills, analytical power, and an open mind;
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organization skills;
• Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
