Job Description
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this exciting role – Senior/Business Operations Executive sits within the Business Operations Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB). The primary focus of this role is to support day to day business operations activities and duties including but not limited to Lead Generation, Operations Governance, Sales and Growth Enablement. We are looking for a capable, highly driven and motivated team player and self-starter to join our team.
Qualifications
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
• Ability to coordinate with cross teams to operationalize the execution of projects related to business and growth, including but not limited to Ad Aggregation, Lead Generation and Salesforce (CRM) Implementation and Adoption
• Support Business Operations Manager to work closely with country teams and global teams, including sales, marketing, customer experience, and business analytics for responsibilities related to Lead Generation, Sales and Growth Enablement
• Partner with product and technology teams to ensure that operational processes support product development and service delivery
• Develop and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the execution of initiatives and projects aimed at improving market share.
• Regularly report on the progress of projects and initiatives to manger, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancing commercial performance, ensuring that insights are actionable.
• Monitor and improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of operations, implementing best practices to drive operational excellence across the organization
Qualifications
• 3-4 years of proven experience as an operations executive or project executive similar capacity in Operations.
• Degree or Master in any discipline
• Experience in operations management or project management
• Proven record in driving commercial or operational project execution and continuous improvement
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
