We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment System Operations Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process by providing administrative and technical support.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for our recruitment system, including maintaining data accuracy and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Assist with the recruitment process by managing job postings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS system etc.), refining JDs, setting up accounts for recruiters.
Communicate effectively with the team in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain applicant records and ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in recruitment.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, indeed etc.).
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry (a plus).
