Oracle HCM/Rostering Functional Consultant/Manager

My client is a leading global IT professional services company that helps the organizations build their digital systems.

Job Responsibilities
• Analyzing user requirements
• Proposing Oracle HCM solutions
• Configuring systems
• Conducting training
• Providing post-implementation support for Oracle Cloud project implementation and consultancy services

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years and above experience in complex Oracle Cloud project implementation and support, with a focus on Fusion Cloud or Cloud Solution (Candidates with more experience would be considered as senior roles, vice versa)
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Oracle ERP, Oracle SCM, Oracle HCM, Oracle Primavera, Oracle Work Asset Cloud Service, Oracle Field Service, Oracle Reporting, Oracle BI, Oracle Customer Cloud Service / Oracle Customer Care and Billing, Oracle Meter Data Management, Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Security
• Minimum 1 cycle of project implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Oracle systems.

Good-to-have
• Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage.
• Experience with other ERP or industry systems such as SAP would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per month
