This is a pivotal and highly visible leadership position, leading our Digital Risks Advisory business in APAC and supporting our global Digital Risks growth.
This role is responsible for leading and developing our Advisory business in APAC with a focus on driving significant growth in our C-suite advisory work.
The role is directly responsible for managing and growing our strategic C-suite relationships across our Digital Risks practice in APAC, working closely with other Digital Risks business units in the region and globally.
It is to support and contribute to the global Digital Risks leadership team and to represent Digital Risks and its major business units (Threat Intelligence, Assurance, Advisory, and Incident Response) at the APAC Executive Committee (Rexco).
Tasks And Responsibilities
Leadership:
Provide clear, visible, and energetic leadership, including on all aspects of sales, strategy, people, operations, and client delivery for our Advisory practice in APAC.
Achieve a step change in our C-suite client penetration in priority markets - Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
Lead and motivate, recruiting and retaining a high performing and diverse team in our priority markets.
Represent Digital Risks with key internal stakeholders at the Rexco and business leader level.
Represent APAC in the Digital Risks Strategic Direction Committee, working closely with other regional and global leads within the business.
Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader for Digital Risks in the market.
Foster a culture of collaboration and One Firm behaviour.
Clients:
Achieve major origination, with a focus on strategically significant engagements enabling growth across all Digital Risks services globally.
Actively grow our Protect Advisory brand and revenue streams in our core APAC markets, with a focus on deepening our C-Suite level client traction.
Actively engage with C-suite clients globally to represent our APAC business and expertise.
Own key client and buyer relationships in the region, driving growth in our most critical main geo-markets.
Innovation:
Expand our advisory services and product portfolio, ensuring consistency with other regional approaches.
Actively seek scalability opportunities via acquisitions and partnerships to drive transformational growth.
Actively support and lead on global Digital Risks people and technology initiatives.
Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure Digital Risks works closely with our broader consulting service lines.
Lead internal sales initiatives in APAC, working closely with local sales teams, other Digital Risks leaders globally and in APAC, as well as service line heads to drive more penetration in our key markets.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
15+ years' experience in cyber security and related disciplines, particularly in commercial consulting in Asia.
Subject matter expertise, including extensive and demonstrable fluency in technology risk issues.
Proven experience of operating in senior security and commercial consulting roles.
Track record of developing trusted advisor relationships with senior C-level decision makers.
Deep knowledge of the cyber security industry and competitive landscape in Asia.
Significant experience of delivering higher value/margin services.
Qualifications And Specialist Skills
Educated to post-graduate level or equivalent.
Internationally Recognised Cyber Qualifications (such As CCTIM/CISSP Etc.).
Demonstrable commercial acumen.
Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
Proven cyber subject matter expertise derived from substantial commercial or government experience.
