What you'll do:
• Take ownership of all aspects of SEO content on Klook's platform.
• Manage a team of SEO content specialists from various markets.
• Formulate a sound keyword targeting and content strategy to maximize performance of high-value pages, while balancing UX considerations.
• Leverage internal data and generative AI to create unique, high-quality content at scale.
• Find content improvement opportunities across the site.
• Create SEO content guidelines and communicate them across relevant teams.
• Conduct competitor and keyword gap analysis to find opportunities to widen organic demand capture for key verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation of SEO initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Explore SEO automation opportunities to create efficient workflows.
• Initiate scaleable content-related projects outside our website to expand our reach.
• Conduct experimentation on various content snippets and formulate conclusive results.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
What you'll need:
• 6+ years of direct SEO experience, focusing on content.
• Experience in a leadership role is a huge plus.
• Deep understanding of how search engines work, especially content-related factors (EEAT, SQRG, Helpful content).
• Experience in handling large websites in terms of keyword mapping and content strategy.
• Experience with the use of AI and prompt engineering for SEO.
• Good sense of performance tracking in relation to optimization efforts.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management and project management.
• Data-driven approach in solving SEO issues.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor - think of the big picture and when necessary have a 'roll-up-your sleeves' approach.
• Experience in travel (OTA) or eCommerce industry is a big plus.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is a big plus.
