About the Role
As a Designer at CyberBay, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience (UX) of our innovative crowdsourcing platform. You'll design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that empower both bounty hunters and organizations to navigate the platform seamlessly and securely.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to understand user needs and design requirements.
Design user interfaces (UIs) for the web platform, focusing on clarity, functionality, and user-friendliness.
Develop and maintain CyberBay's brand identity through consistent design language across all user interfaces.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for usability testing and feedback.
Design data visualizations to effectively communicate security risks and findings.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices relevant to cybersecurity platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Designer or similar role.
Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web applications.
Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices, particularly for complex platforms.
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar).
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies a plus.
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
