Technical Project Manager - Data and Analytics

Our client, a premier financial services organization, is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to lead the data architecture and engineering and and oversee their data and analytics transformation initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Envision and deliver innovative data platform capabilities that unlock business value
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and mitigate data risks
• Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Lead technical discussions and serve as the data architecture subject matter expert for the transformation initiatives
• Champion data quality, governance, and security practices across the enterprise
• Evaluate and integrate emerging data technologies to enhance the technology stack
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision making
• Automate manual processes and drive operational efficiencies through data and analytics

Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, or technology program management
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale data initiatives
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in data engineering, modeling, and architecture
• Proven background in leading data transformation initiatives and building robust data platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native data tools, data management best practices, and data security standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate organizational dynamics
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
