Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Emerging Business & FIC Department, Markets Division, and play a significant role in shaping the data product, a growth business within the group. We are looking for a high-caliber and motivated individual to join our business team. The role will be responsible for working with technologists and product specialists to develop technology infrastructure and operational processes to support new data delivery channels, products, and capabilities aligned with the strategy of the data business and the Exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technologists to develop and deliver data delivery services, associated user interfaces, and workflows.

• Drive development of business and technical requirements, build, testing, and delivery cycles.

• Design and implement user experience, data ingestion, and delivery, and commercial transaction-related operations processes and controls.

• Translate user feedback and service usage statistics to deliver ongoing optimization of capabilities and services.

• Contribute to product and services ideation, formulation of user solutions, and data business strategy.

• Prepare presentation materials, develop, and maintain business reporting and statistical reports.

• Collaborate with, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent.

• 7 years of relevant experience in well-established financial, technology, or data-related organizations - experience with financial market data preferred.

• Strong team player with ability to self-start, self-learn, be adaptable, work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent technology, analytical, problem-solving, inter-personal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word.

• Strong organizational, product management, or project management skills (waterfall and agile methodologies) related to technology development and delivery.

• Practical experience in vendor and technology-facing relationship management.

• Experience in managing or supporting commercial operations processes and controls - such as user onboarding and licensing, user servicing and support, and transaction accounting and payment processes.

• Experience and skills in data management, data science, and engineering, or data analytics, and knowledge of public cloud infrastructure and tools a plus.

• Experience with financial operational and technology risk management, data regulation, and compliance a plus.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
