Responsibilities:
Provide technical supports on security projects
Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers
Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
Manage technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of complex security projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of consultancy services and post-sales service in relation to IT Solutions (Security / Network Security) such as Firewall, UTM, Encryptions, DLP, NIPS/NIDS, Proxy, Identity and Access Management, VPN, etc.
Knowledge of security products, such as Fortinet, Aruba, Mcafee, Radware, Check Point, etc.
Sold technical support experience in large scale security projects and mission-critical infrastructures an advantage
Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage (e.g. CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, etc.)
