Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business objectives and requirements
Translate Business requirements into functional and technical requirements
Prepare specification, change requests and documentation
Act as the key interface between business users and technical teams Partner with development teams to plan out release Assist with UAT and implementation support
Provide support and troubleshooting from business context Perform user support and training
Requirements:
2+ years of working experience in Project Management
Higher Diploma or above in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
Experience / Knowledge in Jira or Confluence
Experience / Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology
Fluent in English, Cantonese
Presentable and strong at communicating with stakeholders
Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions
