Opportunities:

1) Assistant Manager, Database Administration (IT Data Centre)

Responsibilities:
• Perform Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL database administration and technical support
• Design and implement physical and logical database
• Perform database capacity planning, performance tuning and security hardening
• Create shell scripts for database utilities task automation
• Provide 24x7 support for production incident
• Support application team to evaluate SQL queries performance
• Prepare technical and system documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• Min. 3 years of experience in database administration
• Holder of OCA/OCP certification is preferred
• Solid skills in database installation, backup & recovery, performance monitoring and tuning
• Experience on Oracle RAC and Data Guard is a plus
• Familiar with ITIL process
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken, fluent Putonghua is preferable

2) AVP, Infrastructure Team (IT Data Centre)

Responsibilities:
• Lead the infrastructure team for daily support and operation
• Take ownership of infrastructure design and implementation
• Ensure IT infrastructure solution is delivered with best practices
• Review and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify improvement area
• Perform Server Virtualization, VDI platform, VPN, storage and backup support
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and system stability
• Provide technical advice to other teams on IT infrastructure
• Prepare technical architectural documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• 8+ years' IT experience in IT infrastructure area
• Solid knowledge about Server Virtualization, VDI, VPN, storage and backup technologies
• Professional competency in at least one technical specialization, with broad understanding of other current and emerging technologies
• Experience in liaison with third-party vendors and counterparts
• Strong interpersonal skill and analytical skill
• Familiar with ITIL process
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken, fluent Putonghua is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager

3) Assistant Manager, Network Support (IT Data Centre)

Responsibilities:
• Perform network support, maintenance and system upgrades
• Identify, diagnose and resolve network problems
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewall, load balancers and Wi-Fi)
• Provide 24x7 support for production incident
• Prepare technical and system documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• Min. 3 years IT experience in network support position
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred
• Knowledge in network switching and routing technology
• Familiar with ITIL process
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken, fluent Putonghua is preferable

4) Assistant Manager, AIX / Linux (IT Data Centre)

Responsibilities:
• Perform AIX / Linux system administration and technical support
• Perform system upgrade, OS patching, capacity planning, performance tuning and security hardening
• Create shell scripts for daily operation task automation
• Provide 24x7 support for production incident
• Provide technical support to application team on system configuration and troubleshooting
• Prepare technical and system documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• 3+ years IT experience in AIX & Redhat Linux system administration position
• Experience in middleware, job scheduling tools and OS patching software
• Familiar with ITIL process
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken, fluent Putonghua is preferable

5) Manager, IT Security (Information Technology Department)

Responsibilities:
• Maintain all the Bank’s policies and procedures regarding to information and Cybersecurity
• Maintain and follow the regulatory requirements on security such as HKMA Cybersecurity Fortification Initiatives (CFI) requirements so as to wider the security protection perspectives of the Bank
• Lead and perform vulnerability assessment to the Bank’s IT system
• Lead and perform system and network configuration hardening reviews to ensure the system and network security of the Bank
• Study, evaluation and implement the Information or Cybersecurity solutions for Cybersecurity protection perspectives, and provide technical & administrative support to related systems

Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science or Engineering or related disciplines
• CISA / CISM / CISSP or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT Security, Information Security or IT Audit
• Solid experience in Information / Cybersecurity controls and reviews to ensure the adequate controls and the adherence to Security Policies and Standards of the Bank
• Solid experience and understanding of regulatory requirements such as HKMA SPM, Cybersecurity Fortification Initiatives (CFI), SFC, PCI-DSS and etc.
• Experiences and understandings in Cyber Security principles, Information security risk managements & controls
• Familiar with the security practices on patch management, key / certificate management, privileged account management, vulnerability scanning, software / application whitelisting, APT protection, system hardening
• Knowledge on security features of firewall, router, switch, IPS/IDS, APT, VPN, Database, Windows / Linux / AIX platforms
• Understanding of the banking systems and applications are preferred
