The Opportunity
Responsibilities
• Provide Cloud Contact Center Implementation and Support
• Provide Collaborative approach in the design, implementation, support and maintenance of Genesis and Contact Center application.
• Customer service oriented and self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with Compliance on the implementation of Voice recording solutions
• Troubleshoots issues within the environment also including SIP & Network
• Prepares and/or reviews functional requirements documentation
• Works with clients to facilitate their understanding of best practices for a Cloud telephony solution
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities
• University graduate with over 3-4 years in relevant IT infrastructure (Cloud/VoIP) roles
• Provide Cloud Contact Center Implementation and Support.
• Experience in supporting and servicing Genesys cloud contact or on-premises center environment
• Experience in following Contact Center Components
• Architect
• General Administration
• Analytics and Reports
• Quality Management
• Data Actions
