Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst or Project Manager to support our AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations, basic knowledge of AI concepts, and the ability to collaborate with developers to translate business needs into actionable prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Identify business needs and opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Analyze requirements and develop clear specifications for developers.
AI Knowledge and Application: Possess a basic understanding of AI principles and tools. Stay updated on relevant AI trends and technologies.
Prototyping and Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers to create prototypes and technical specifications. Ensure prototypes are visually intuitive and easy for developers to follow.
Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Use project management tools to track progress and allocate resources efficiently.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role, preferably in a tech-related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and tools.
Experience with design thinking and prototyping tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.
