Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and verify vendor to ensure the product quality is met with the required standard and the specified safety requirements
Liaise with merchants and factories effectively regarding all sampling, technical, and quality issues
Plan, conduct and monitor testing of products to ensure the quality of finished product
Sound Knowledge of systems and quality processes, inspection techniques and product approvals
Control and approve shipment release documents such as laboratory test report and internal document
Collaborate, liaise and work closely with the external and internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters and the resolution of issue
Report to QA Manager
What we are looking for:
at least 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Management, highly preferred with China and global market experience
Knowledge of China Food standards and electronics, FMCG safety standard
Experience in the 3rd party testing laboratory and Fit For Use test is preferable
Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
Willing to take challenges
Willing to travel and visit factories in mainland
