Responsibilities
The Business Analyst / Business Manager will work with EY senior leadership to manage business transformations, handle internal business matters, and drive external business campaigns
The person will also work to develop the execution plan that lays out proposed changes to business processes/systems
Drive external business campaigns – including planning strategies and execution for a sequence of activities and processes
Create actionable services for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Develop the execution plan to the future state
Conduct impact-analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Lead business transformation and change management initiatives
Support senior leadership on other business matters as needed
The opportunity
