The Company:
Our client is a prominent financial services firm based in Asia, and has built a strong reputation in the securities industry, providing clients with a wide range of financial products and services, including Securities Brokerage, Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Research & Analysis.
The Role:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders and sales teams, to understand and document their requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical support for applications used by traders and sales personnel, troubleshooting issues and facilitating smooth operations.
• Conduct analyzes to evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes, recommending improvements as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system specifications.
• Assist in training users on new applications and features, providing ongoing support to enhance their understanding and usage.
Experience Needed:
• Minimum of 3 years of related working experience in Financial Services
• Familiarity with financial applications and trading systems; experience in application support
• Proven ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
