We work closely with government, public sector organizations, tertiary education institutions, and big tech companies to drive impactful projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, education, EdTech, and/or business development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-project discussions with clients to understand their talent-related needs and objectives.
- Prepare meeting documents, project proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate project goals, strategies, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Execute projects according to established timelines, monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct research and analysis related to talent development, human resources, and educational trends to inform project strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other project-related events.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue potential project opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, education, EdTech, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and written Chinese, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of talent development, human resources, and educational best practices.
- Familiarity with government, public sector, tertiary education institutions, and big tech companies is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
